Anger – an emotional outburst,
Stored in cold-storage,
Finally ignites and explodes;
Blinded furry, irrational actions,
Like volcanic lava,
Spurting out in an array of destruction!
Beyond our control;
The pent-up frustration and distress,
All bottled within;
Like bullets released from machine guns,
Spraying at whatever targets in front of us;
When Anger finally subsides,
Remorse and regret follow,
Too late to amend,
Actions cannot be undone;
Time to lament!
Anger can cost us a heavy price,
Which may need our life time of guilt to pay;
BETTER LEARN TO CONTROL AND CALM IT DOWN,
THAN TO LET IT EXPLODE!
