REAL LONELINESS.

The loneliness of the elderly,
Is as true as the day,
Only those who are in the thresh-hold,
Understand this lonely fear!
With dwindling circle of friends,
They yearn for human warm relationship;
With the onslaught of frail bones and ill health,
They fall prey to diverse diseases;
Even surrounded by loved ones,
The elderly has to tread this way alone,
Who can fill the invisible void?
Which exists in everyone’s life!
We can never be with him in his sleeping hours,
Nor be with him in his four invisible walls,
Blessed is he who finds God,
Who abides in us and fills the deep emptiness,
At all hours of the day,
Reach out to Him and we will receive,
Companionship through out the year!
